Spin

Yoga for Athletes
Designed to keep people active in their sport and taught in a non-competitive environment. It is a great way to complement a vigorous workout and ward off or rehab injury. It strengthens core, lower back, and improves balance and flexibility.

Power Pilates Mat
For a total body workout, try the traditional Pilates mat class. Pilates focuses on movement from your “Powerhouse,” a term used for the musculature of the core, lower back, glutes and inner thighs, with emphasis on breath. You will get a firmer, longer, stronger body from the inside out!

Bootcamp
A dynamic mix of body weight exercises, strength training and interval training to push members harder that they’d push themselves by taking them out of their comfort zone. It is an effective and powerful full body workout.
